Time Servers.
Absolute
Time Server consists of two main components – a server part, which works
as a Windows service in the background and performs various time synchronization
tasks hidden from the user, and a control panel manager that can be
used to configure the server parameters.
Absolute Time Server is a full-featured time server, which works as
WinNT service and is fully RFC-868 and RFC-2030 compatible. Absolute
Time Servers acts as a background process, has very low system
resources consumption, and it can be started before user logon.
We recommend using Absolute Time Corrector
as a client for Absolute Time Server, but any program compatible
with RFC-868 or RFC-2030 time synchronization protocol can be used.
A more complete list of benefits:
- Optimized for performance as windows service.
- Uses advanced WINSOCK 2 features not supported in Win 9x.
- Low overhead minimizes impact on server resources.
- Supports NT4.0 with SP3 and up, all versions of Win2000, Windows
Server 2003, Server 2008 and all versions of Windows XP, Vista, 7.
Absolute Time Server can be customized to meet the specific needs of
your infrastructure. However, its rich default functionality and the
ability to instantly synchronize time on your LAN stations with online
atomic clocks should satisfy the needs of the most jaded network administrators.
For lightning fast and simple time synchronization of your network
computers, choose nothing but Absolute Time Server!
